A planned tree removal project near Waikato Museum tomorrow has been further postponed due to poor weather forecasts.
The project – to remove an elm and an oak, and requiring use of a large crane – was originally scheduled for 9 September, but was postponed for a week due to rain.
The project also requires closure of the path running along the Waikato River near the Museum.
It has been further postponed due to anticipated high winds tomorrow, Saturday, 16 September.
More information will be issued on the project at a later date.
