Pre-Application Meetings for the Establishment of Special Housing Areas

​Pre-application meetings enable us to efficiently process your Special Housing Area (SHA) application.  Pre-application Meetings are held so that Council Officers can discuss a SHA proposal and the site specific focus of your SHA application, prior to lodgement.

The effects of the proposal can also be discussed and the expected process that will occur once an application for SHA is lodged.
