Porritt Stadium is a large sports park in the suburb of Chartwell. It has a long history as the home ground for the Hamilton Wanderers Football Club.
The number one field is surrounded by a national grade athletics track and embankments as well as a grandstand. These facilities are used by the Waikato Athletics Association and regular events are held here at local, regional and national levels.
The park also has amenity areas including an off lead dog exercise area and access ways to the surrounding neighbourhoods.
