2. One Hill of A Fight – Saturday 19 August – The Meteor

One Hill of a Fight reveals the immense hidden strain that survivors of the Great War felt when they returned to civilian life in New Zealand. The action offers a glimpse of what might have been for the city, had the hill not been removed from Hamilton’s CBD.

3. Tron Cat Show – Sunday 20 August – Hamilton Gardens

Some of the breeds that may be on show are Munchkins, Gaelic folds, Bengals, Exotic, Persian, Oriental Norwegian Forest Cats, Siamese, Maine Coon and Oriental. Come along and see some stunning Cats, and get to talk to the breeders.

5. Children's Discovery Trail – Friday 18 August to Monday 21 August – Hamilton Gardens
