Solid Gold Impact is a dynamic song and dance live cabaret show, with outstanding singers and the fabulous ‘Impact Dancers’. The show is a vibrant extravaganza of music, lighting, stunning costumes and dance routines - a glamorous evening out, unlike anything else you are likely to experience in the Waikato.

3. Ice Skate Tour – Friday 13 October to Saturday 14 October – Deanwell Playcentre

The Ice Skate Tour travels around New Zealand with state of the art, artificial ice rinks. They look like ice and have a 97 per cent same gliding capacity as natural ice.

4. Stars In Her Eyes – (In)Visible NZ Film Festival – Saturday 14 October – The Meteor

Leila Alexander stars as Anousha, who uses her astrology column to try to start a romance with a bank teller she admires.

5. The Vultures – Saturday 14 October – Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts

A Māori tragi-comedy. Sister Nurse Hinemoa and her siblings, Magazine Magnate Atawhai and Prodigious Businessman Petera, were raised in the glow of privilege and a seemingly endless summer.
