Alcohol licensing application forms can be downloaded below, or are available from the customer service centre at Hamilton City Council in Garden Place.
An application can only be accepted if it has been completed in full and includes all the required documents. The checklists included in the application packs will help you complete your application correctly. Any incomplete applications received will be returned to the applicant via post.
