We have a number of state highways which pass through Hamilton including SH1, SH3 Ohaupo Road, SH23 Whatawhata Road and SH26 Morrinsville Road.

In an emergency or Civil Defence event, we recommend you tune into one of the below listed radio stations to receive up to date messages and information.

There are also local area radio stations which will provide community information:
