Homezone Hamilton Limited

Homezone Hamilton Limited has applied for land use consent to erect a four-storey office building and a two-storey parking building.  The proposed building will have a GFA of 7,313m² for office activities.  The proposed parking building will provide 263 secure parking spaces above an existing parking area.

Public notification commenced on Monday, 2nd November 2020.
