Get your rates invoice by email

​​​Sign up to get your rates invoice by email by following these easy steps.

  1. Send your request to
  2. Let us know if you would also like your Waikato Regional Council rates emailed to you and we will pass the request on to them.
  3. Include your name and rates number, address and the verification number on your most recent rates invoice.

Wat​er by meter invoices and correspondence from the Council, including valuation notices, reminder letters, general notices will still be mailed to your physical postal address. Please continue to notify the Council of any address changes in relation to these. 

The Council is not responsible if your email is not accepted, or directed to your spam folder by your provider. In the event that we are notified that the email was not received, we will post a copy of the invoice to your listed postal address.
