These fun and engaging workshops cover skills and techniques for how to effectively ride in a bunch.
Workshops are designed to be flexible to suit participants needs and coaches work with people on the course to ensure the skills and techniques they want to learn are covered, along with essential tips and tricks for riding with others.
Workshops may include techniques such as how to ride close to others, rotating, moving as a bunch at intersections, eating and drinking on the bike, moving through a bunch, and how and when to single or double file.
