City Waters Viewer is a mapping system that allows you to view geographic data and information about council water, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure in Hamilton.
The City Waters Viewer replaces the information previously located under Service Plans.

Please note: Levels, locations and dimensions of works shown on the viewer may not be accurate due to circumstances not notified to Council. A physical check should be made on all levels, locations and dimensions before starting design or works.
How to Guide
Our 'How to' Guide (PDF,1MB) gives you a clear overview of how the City Waters Viewer works. You can search for locations and information by address, plan number, valuation number or road name. You can zoom in and out of the map and select which layers and labels you want visible.
Our focused viewer is accessible using the latest version of most browsers. You do not need to download any add-ons. If you experience disruptions to the service, close the viewer and try again in a few minutes.

All reasonable efforts are made to ensure the information contained on the viewer is accurate, however please note that use of our GIS information is subject to our Conditions of Use.
